This paper studied the effect of pyridinium-based ionic liquids as cosolvents in a methanol-water solvent system on hydrolytic activity Candida rugosa lipase. These were successfully synthesized using imidazolium-based liquid synthesizing methods with certain adjustment. The lipase was analyzed 4-nitrophenol acetate (pNPA) and palmitate (pNPP) substrates. addition had no significant water solvent, it greater methanol. [C6Py] Br methanol cosolvent (methanol: liquid, 10:5) could increase use by about 15.61% while pNPP substrate system. A molecular dynamics study for interaction between supported experimental results. bromide an anion provided more stability conformation. It tends to form short-range anion.

Synthesis of glucaminium-based ionic liquids and their application in the removal of boron from water.
